Installation Notes

The system is installed as a freestanding rack with PVC hydroponic pipes mounted across six angled tiers. Nutrient solution is delivered through the pipes using a recirculating hydroponic pump system connected to a nutrient reservoir.

Plants are placed into openings along the PVC pipes, allowing their roots to access the flowing nutrient solution inside the channels. The angled configuration helps maintain consistent nutrient flow while ensuring proper drainage back into the reservoir.

The system can be integrated with greenhouse irrigation systems, LED grow lighting, and environmental controls depending on the growing environment.
