The Electrical Poly Roller System is the go-to solution for automating the opening and closing of poly film on greenhouse sidewalls, endwalls, and roof vents. A motorised roller tube is mounted along the base or peak of the structure, allowing the poly film to be wound up or lowered at the push of a button — or via an automated environmental controller.

Roller Mounted to Structure A motorised roller tube is fixed horizontally to the greenhouse frame at the base of the sidewall or desired vent position, with the poly film attached and wound around it.
Motor Drives the Tube The electric motor engages to rotate the tube, smoothly winding the poly film upward to open ventilation or unwinding it downward to close and seal the wall.
Film Travels Cleanly Guide rails or strapping keep the film tracking straight and evenly across the full bay width, preventing bunching, tearing, or misalignment during operation.
Ventilation Controlled The roller can be stopped at any position, giving growers precise control over airflow and temperature — manually via switch or automatically via climate controller.
