The Sun & Steel ABC Fire Extinguisher is a UL-listed 5-lb dry-chemical extinguisher rated for the three fire classes typically encountered in a working production greenhouse:
- Class A — ordinary combustibles (paper, fabric, growing media, plant matter)
- Class B — flammable liquids (fertilizer concentrates, solvents, fuel for backup generators)
- Class C — energized electrical equipment (climate cabinets, control panels, lighting circuits)
Each unit ships with a wall-mount bracket sized to the standard 2 in side-wall girt of our Multi-Span, so the extinguisher tucks against the cladding at every emergency-door corner and at two interior wall-mount stations.

Defaults to qty 4 on every Sun & Steel Multi-Span — one extinguisher at each of the two emergency-door corners (diagonally opposed, code-egress travel-distance coverage) plus two more at interior wall-mount stations on the long side walls so no working position is more than the code-required walk distance from a unit.
