Plant requirements from the FAO ECOCROP database (2,568 species) — absolute minimum, optimal and absolute maximum day temperature per crop. Heating figures come from the same engine as the Heating Cost Calculator. This matches on TEMPERATURE only: light, day length, humidity, soil and season length all matter too, and a crop that tolerates a temperature will not always be worth growing at it.
